Teaching & Learning is one of the focus areas to which UGC accords high priority. Every triennium, UGC injects resources to support institutions to set up teaching development projects, which hopefully brings individual institutions to a higher level of achievements.

Demonstration of an effective use of teaching development grants is essential so that innovations developed from large-scale institutional projects can be embedded in academic programmes to benefit students.

In this workshop, successful teaching development grant (TDG) holders will share and discuss ways to address the sustainability of teaching development projects. Those colleagues who are currently project leaders or would like to apply for funding in the future are encouraged to attend.
