This session will provide an opportunity for participants to formulate ideas for small-scale learning analytics projects. During the session, participants will brainstorm ideas for potential projects and discuss these ideas with other participants. The facilitators will help to identify appropriate indicators, explore possible data sources and provide recommendations on how to get the data. Case-studies will be used to illustrate other small-scale projects and provide participants with ideas about projects they could conduct. The session will be very practical, with a focus on coming up with ideas for a project and working through the practicalities of getting data to conduct it.
