UGC has placed considerable focus for universities to nurture future global citizens. What does this really mean to each of us as a teacher?  What can we do to help students develop intercultural effectiveness in our classrooms? How can we unlock the international potential for our students and for ourselves as teachers? Related teaching practices in the PolyU context will be shared: e.g., From 10 mins teaching activities that can be applied to all disciplines, to ways to leverage on existing overseas programmes for classroom teaching, to methods to initiate internationalisation at home teaching development project, etc. Voices of students or alumni on learning impact will be included. The session will start with a 10 mins game at the beginning, please be on time.

This activity is jointly organised by EDC and the CoP on Developing, Recognising and Rewarding Excellent Teaching.
