Did you know that any study involving students requires human ethics clearance?  Obtaining ethical clearance is required for both disciplinary research and research into teaching and learning.

This workshop will introduce participants to the application procedures and provide hands-on experience with the Human Subjects Ethics Application Review System with a special focus on teaching and learning studies.

All PolyU staff currently involved in or considering conducting a teaching and learning study are welcome to attend.

*If oversubscribed priority will be given to members of funded Teaching Development Grant projects for the 2016-19 triennium and participants of workshops offered by visiting consultant Professor Carmel McNaught on 5 and 9 March.

Jointly organized by The Quality Education Development and Research Task Force and EDC
