During
the past year, I have become deeply involved in a number of pan-Canadian and
international projects looking into the challenges and opportunities of
generative AI tools in teaching and learning for higher education institutions.
In this workshop, I will share some of the ways in which Canadian institutions
are moving ahead in this space, in terms of organising their approaches and
driving pedagogical experimentation, along with some of the challenges being
encountered along the way. Participants will have an opportunity to share their
thoughts and reflections within their own contexts.
